Agreement

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between Bokvyx ("we", "us") and the business or individual ("you") using the Bokvyx platform. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

The Service

Bokvyx is a SaaS platform for restaurant booking management. The service includes table and booking management, guest notifications, analytics, and an embeddable booking widget.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business and contact information
• Ensure your restaurant complies with GDPR and applicable data protection laws when handling guest personal data collected through Bokvyx
• Keep your account credentials secure and restrict access to authorised personnel
• Use the service only for lawful purposes related to your restaurant operations

Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

• You may not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the platform
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of Bokvyx is prohibited
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service without our written consent
• Bokvyx and all related intellectual property remain the sole property of Bokvyx — you retain full ownership of your own data

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bokvyx is not liable for lost revenue, missed bookings, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
